A wedding in Athens has been and will be the dream of many couples that want to host an event next to the sea while savoring the comfort of a European capital. It is also a great starting point for an once-in-a-life-time honeymoon at the exotic Greek islands, enjoying the Aegean or the Ionian sea, sun and salt! Being a wedding photographer in Athens for more than a decade, I have witnessed multiple glorious wedding events, with top-notch styling and productions to die for. Luxury and creativity at its finest! That is the reason, when Mazi Events contacted our studio to propose having a wedding editorial in the Athenian Riviera, we wanted to make sure we will do something equally stunning and beyond. Working with Iokasti and Thanasis from Mazi Events exceeded all expectations and seeing them putting together a production that included a white carpet ceremony with golden arches on the beach, and a reception on a floating amphitheater that looked like it came out from a history book, it was a thrilling experience. Preparing for such a photoshoot, putting all the pieces together, from the big constructions to the little touches like the hand made calligraphy invitations, was a process that lasted for months and needed the creative collaboration of many. I am truly proud to present these images that set new standards to what a luxury beach wedding in Athens can be.
